In other words, you have a right 'for any allegations of wrongdoing, to or from you', to full civil or full criminal jurisdiction proceedings, including the right to a jury trial.

The full civil proceedings (preponderance of the evidence), is limited to monetary fine of above bankruptcy level property. The criminal proceedings, upon a beyond doubt finding of beyond doubt penal violations---- then can you be seized or deprived/arrested of below bankruptcy levels of property, including children, liberty, life necessary assets, etc.

Child Welfare Information Gateway reports provide plenty of grounds to shut CPS down. They are practically telling on themselves in their own obviously bias and extremely slanted press releases!  In these reports they only cover what the bureaucrats have to say and never an interview with the kids that ran into traffic. Which brings me to the scene in the Two Towers where the dwarf exclaims “Fangorn? What madness drove them in there?’ when he clearly new the two hobbits that ran into Fangorn Forest was held captive by orcs who were at war with all Middle Earth of whom would more than likely torture and eat their captives! That is a good parallel up for consideration since by that, you can presume something much more fearsome and treacherous than being carried off by your hateful hungry enemy lured the hobbits into Fangorn Forest. Equivalently what lured our nations heirs into risking sudden death by running headlong into oncoming traffic must have been held equally sinister as in the opinions of these kids if compared properly to the opinions Hobbits held for enemy Orcs, but this report does not cover what drove those kids straight into oncoming cars moving at potentially 60 miles per hour! This report only covers the history of the monies given to the facility then brings up numerous incidents of kids going missing and winding up in the hands of child prostitution but fails to show the faces of the pimps arrested or the number of kids saved, nor the statements from any of these victimized kids, and then again it does not cover how they figured out where the kids were going and only covers, well one ‘isolated’ incident of sex abuse by a solitary worker, only hinting to what may go on in there. Hmmmm? Yes, what would drive all those kids to run headlong into freeway traffic? And also it is not covered, for comparative thinking, if something more sinister than rape or child prostitution would be faced by those same kids if put with relatives or left at home, even if abused to a lesser degree, since well what is worse, the STATE or THE GENERAL POPULATION? Well? What would have the kids that were in this story, prior to being taken from their home, possible have faced for comparative purposes, would have under such allegations, if allowed to continue living in their homes, have resulted in kids running into traffic to get away? I mean are the reporters asking the right questions or do they already know the answers and offer tons of fill in hopes you will not do any critical thinking of your own?

What about this woman’s story, Felicia Clark? Why did they not return her kids to her or take them to close relatives or somebody of Felicia Clark’s choice and forfeit the monies to provide for these kids? What the heck did Felicia Clark do to get her kids taken? Would the kids run into traffic to get away from her? I bet not.
