Utter garbage! Utter Garbage! if he could do it while the president and his advisors allowed and he got legal advice and they told him it is not unlawful and people followed his leadership that they elected him to perform and did not squabble or protest while he was presiding as the president that qualifies as failure to prosecute or failure to state a claim while it mattered if you were harmed or damaged in some way.
