I guess it all boils down to what the common law definition
'orphan' means and if DNA is indicative of the family tree you belong in and if
the STATE can shop branches down to orphan them to just graft them back in for
the monies made to the adoption retention specialists' hands. and if the
adoption retention specialists get a specific kickback from the
50,000 to 100,000 they make in fees since they are very strict about you
going to your own County Line to qualify to adopt like attorneys divide up
their hunting grounds which could be if commission-driven, like sales, are in
the stores I worked in. I could not go to another store and stand in line for a
customer for the commission, so the County would be the Resource field that
brings in commissions to the Retention Specialists, who procure monies for
Adoption Attorney who is reputably for the people who can throw thousands down,
making it impossible to compete with all the fees they require, so if you are
poor or have no way to get a loan you just lose you bloodline, so all those
nonprofits are just there to keep attorneys bank accounts full and a
smokescreen since they don't respect the supreme court rule on redundancy not
being allowed under the law yet legalized. I had to work out of my own store,
making them competitive for the monies among men of their own store where
people close by came in to shop, sot the adoption retention specialists, not
caring if you are a blood relative or not, or if you got treated
fairly, while they do not qualify to be on a jury they don't care if my
heirs or my blood got one, and let the DHS be their opinion givers, as
long as they are making a living they don't care about the rest of us at all.
That is definitely wrong if the attorneys give these retention specialists a kickback
or their agency gets any benefit whatsoever, which they do from all the free
legal work they get in the paperwork and the 'seated' as judges ensuring their
position in society and steady cash flow to themselves.

RS: Children who are in the adoption processes do not get
e-created. You will need a full adoption home study before I can release the
files of any child you see on the web site. I am sorry that the site you are on
is not clear. Feel free to call me and I can walk you through what it will take
to adopt a child in Oregon through DHS. I never asked for the file
on my granddaughter. I asked for her public profile listing for adoption on
their matching site.
I asked for the process of the E Certification not if I was
eligible but was trying to get verification it only can be approved by
retention specialist and not supervisory staff like Helmar Lochmann who
seems to be using an exception that is presenting a conflict of interest since
he just kept my grandson in a line of sight rule where he was being 'harmed by
the foster home male provider screened quickly by Helmar Lochmann.
Remember. We have to read from bottom to top considering the
order email history stacked. For Context read from bottom.
Oh, I was interested in basic information about E
Certification?
Maybe I am complicating
Simplified. Is there a supervisor Staff to my heirs in
charge of the selection to get the E –Certification the process started for the
family.
Considering my grandkids had lived with me for up to four
years for Victoria and just under a year of collective time with six months in
my home just for Nolan right up to within a month or two of being picked up by
protection workers.
How do you all cover that?
Do you have a contact person that can find me the study
guide for that and the process for Emergency Certification? Is that a
specific retention specialist as well? Like a supervisory staff?
I'm not thinking adoption is necessary.
They are already in my bloodline and guardianship will be
sufficient.
RS: You are on the other side of the state from me.
Please go to the local DHS child welfare office in your area and ask for a
certified and tell them you are looking to adopt. They can hand you the forms
and all items you need and explain the whole process. Good day to
you
I just put in a notice to move and will be looking for a
place in Multnomah
RS: What area do you live in?
Oh, I was not
looking for files. I was looking for a public profile. Like the ones that get
updated on your page.
Oh, emergency placement. Can you direct me to that study
link then, please? I would like that for my heirs for now if that is
available on a web posting, please. And a contact name to get a
walkthrough and screening for background, please
RS: So the E-Cert is an emergency certification for a family
that is looking to have a child placed in the home during the event of an
emergency pick up and the child needs immediate placement. Children who
are in the adoption processes do not get e-created. You will need a full
adoption home study before I can release the files of any child you see on the
web site. I am sorry that the site you are on is not clear. Feel free to call
me and I can walk you through what it will take to adopt a child in Oregon
through DHS.
I'm reading on the web page of its availability and need to
know the process involved in the certification for family
RS: Who are you getting the the-cert through? I am
trying to get and E – Certification and complete the process as I go
RS: Have you completed a home study? Oregon Department
of Human Services / Children / Foster Parents and Relative
Caregivers / Training Courses
Got you on that list above regarding the adoption of my
heirs.
I'm looking for the listing place for the adoption profiles
for V Ca N S I found there are
multiple posting sites can’t find them
Thank you,
Marilyn [LeBaron]©
RS: No clue as to why I have this email.
V C is listed to be adopted would like to see her profile,

I never asked for the files to be released I asked for the web publishing sight of the adoption profile.

Thank you for your response. Maybe a better question is who manages the adoption profile web site? Is that in your spectrum? Is that a better place to look rather than adoption specialists? Maybe I'm behind the facts on policies. I am not in contact with a worker. Maybe a regional manager or constituent services who knows the status of the adoption profile and whereabouts of it, and if so someone who will begin working with the current custodian 'adoptive or foster' to begin visits if they are nearby and willing as I see there is an option for them to work with parents on the signup for the web page your contact information is posted on, and grandparent rights to get visits with grandkids are lawful. So who do I contact that can direct me? Who is a multi-agency coordinator? Do I go to HHS? Yet the on big complication is I am transitioning to another apartment and would need to know what county to contact. (Have given notice to the landlord a vacancy will be coming up for my unit. and need to stay close and convenient since the travel time would encumber everyone as it has in this situation.

RS: Marilyn, I do not have any information on the two children you are referring to.
ME: I currently do not have a phone. I'm asking for the profile listing for adoption if the adoption process has begun for N Sand V C. Which I am not clear on. And would like the name of the attorney on the case and the new social worker. I asked for the process of the E Certification and guardianship process since I am a blood relative not needing to adapt and ask if only a retention specialist can approve an E Certification and what Supervisory staff to contact for that process and where I study for the exception that is presenting a conflict of logic adoption would be redundant in my case considering my heirs are already in my tree not needing grafting into my linage under the legalities of adoption.
RS: Hi Marilyn, It would be great if you are able to give me a call so I can further clarify your situation. Are the children in State of Oregon custody? Do they have a caseworker and have you spoken with that person? And what county do you live in?
ME: Maybe I am complicating it Simplified. What Supervisory Staff is in charge of the selection to get the E – Certification process started for family?
